Towel Replacements For Life Warranty

When you purchase the Lifetime Shine Warranty, you're entitled to receive up to two (2) complimentary replacement towels for any towels included in that same purchase, throughout the product line's lifespan. You may claim a maximum of one (1) replacement towel every 12 months. Coverage includes loss of water-absorption capability, edge deterioration, or unintentional damage from regular household use.

To submit a replacement request, contact us at reach out to Shiny Wipes using your order number, a detailed photo or brief video demonstrating the towel's damage, and your present mailing address. After we confirm your claim, a replacement towel matching your original or an equivalent style will be sent; you'll cover the shipping expenses for your replacement.

This warranty is limited to the original buyer, applies solely to the purchase in which the warranty was included, and excludes industrial/commercial applications, thermal or flame damage, chemical bleaching, or deliberate damage. Replacement towels sent to you come without warranty protection.
